We stayed here about 10 years ago and loved it and so we are pleased to say it is just as good. The cloisters are beautiful and everything else about the hotel is 5 star. Although the location is on the busy Colon Ave, as long as your sat nav takes you to the right place, the hotel is easy to find. A small parking bay in front of the hotel is where you can drop off luggage and a member of staff will garage your car for you. Staff are very helpful & friendly. We had a standard room and all was fine. Breakfast was good too.

Beautiful building, it is a convent that has been converted and remodelled to a very high standard. As it was a convent they have kept the religious theme and there is plenty of art and details around it. The courtyard is beautiful and you could almost treat looking around the hotel as a little tour, as there were so many amazing details to see. Very good location and staff was lovely, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The restaurant and bar areas were also designed with flare and originality .

Excellent location, beautiful historic building with an excellent fusion of modern infrastructure and historical context. The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgable. Rooms and common areas are well maintained, clean and very inviting. Good restaurant, very nice bar and excellent breakfast. Most sights can be reached by walking (up to 20 minutes- including Alhambra), buses and taxis are accessible.

Huge room with soaring celing, original features and epic bed, with view onto courtyard. Beautiful dining room, with sophisticated menu of Andalusian food - including local caviar. Excellent dry Martinis. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast, both buffet and menu.

Valet parking.
